Meet Executive Chef Kevin Hermann. His journey began in Kansas City and continued at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. As a culinarian, Kevin finds it vital to remember the heritage of the foods he creates. "Meals were created to bring people together, to heal, to embrace, and to celebrate. Pass it on; our craft; our tradition, our heritage." The simple task of peeling the potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner, and helping his grandmother set the table for Christmas, celebrating birthdays and wedding anniversaries that revolved around food and festivities -- these are the memories that continue to drive him. HIs passion for farm-fresh and sustainable ways of cooking shines through in the thoughtful, elevated plates he creates.
